Founder Bio
Todd Raburn, Founder & Principal Consultant
Todd Raburn is an accomplished hospitality executive with over 30 years of experience in restaurants, hotels and resorts. He graduated with honors from Johnson and Wales University where he earned a degree in Culinary Arts. As an Executive Chef, he was successful in hotels for several years before becoming a Chef at the prestigious Breakers Hotel on Palm Beach. After leaving the kitchen, he has had a successful career as a F&B Director, General Manager and Senior Vice President of Operations. While serving as Vice President of Operations at Atrium Hospitality for the better part of 10 years, Todd was also responsible for the food and beverage platforms and standards for AH. He and a small team of people developed several ground up F&B concepts for the company in Monterey, CA; Norfolk, VA; Grapevine, TX; and Little Rock, AR. His most recent and notable project was the development of two concepts for a mid-west Autograph Collection hotel. Todd's approach ties the F&B operations to the local community by tapping in the history and diversity in each market.
